Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Turkish Music State Conservatory is located in the Teke region, which has a nine-thousand-year historical background, has hosted many civilizations, and possesses an extraordinarily rich cultural heritage composed of various musical products and their synthesis. Our conservatory was established with the goals of preserving Turkish Music and transmitting it to future generations, especially researching and developing the musical elements specific to the region, by utilizing modern methods of science, culture, art, and technology. It aims to train competent artists, composers, and educators, and to represent Turkish culture and art in the best way through qualified art events.
